Gas filter on flanges. Prevents the passage of dust particles or grit and protects the fittings after it. Madas FM gas filters have a large filter element made of synthetic material that can be easily removed and cleaned. Servicing is easy and is done by removing the top cover.
Clamping flanges PN16 (on request ANSI 150 ), maximum working pressure is up to 6 bar. For normal operation of the filters, the ambient temperature must be in the range -40 to +70 °C. The filter elements can be 50, 20 or 10 microns. Possible delivery of a version with nozzles and threaded holes for gauges.
Special version for biogas (5% price increase). Internal elements made of aluminium and stainless steel, Viton gaskets).
As additional protection against corrosive gases, a version with cataphoretic treatment can be requested (price increase by 20%). The appliance is recognisable by its specific glossy black colour.
