Butterfly valve type “LUG” with cast iron disc – DN65

LUG centric butterfly valve for gas made with top flange according to ISO 5211. Possibility of direct mounting of manual, electric or pneumatic actuator /on request/. The elongated shaft protects the installed actuator and complies with the requirements for heating installations. The gas valve collar is made of NBR and allows servicing and replacement.

Connection to flanges with threaded holes (LUG type). Possibility of delivery with wafer type holes.
Housing – cast iron with epoxy coating (GGG40+epoxy. Possibility to supply carbon steel housing with epoxy coating (WCB+epoxy) or stainless steel (1.4408)
Disc – cast iron with epoxy coating (GGG40+epoxy)
Manchon – NBR-70-AG
Shaft – stainless steel (1.4021)
Shaft seal – NBR
